Shane Yost
Shane is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of XA³, where he leads with vision, grit, and a customer-first mindset. A U.S. Navy Veteran, he brings the discipline and accountability forged through service to every engagement. With deep experience in business development and sales leadership across high-growth SaaS and consulting firms, he drives XA³’s growth strategy through innovation and authentic relationships.
Jason Mazzoni
Jason is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of XA³, combining strategic vision and operational excellence to scale the company’s services and teams. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he applies the precision, teamwork, and mission-driven focus instilled through his training to XA³’s operations. With years of experience across technology industries and consulting, he ensures XA³’s innovation and execution stay perfectly aligned.
